When Kiko was coming back from a work trip to Gana, he found the most beautiful ring in the world. And as soon as he looked at it, he knew he wanted to get married to the love of his life.
So he caught the flight, arrived in Lisbon, and he was so excited about the proposal that he couldn’t even wait to plan anything fancy. And also, that’s just how he is: a wonderful impulsive and passionate human being.
Mónica was waiting for him at the airport, and he proposed, right there and then… and she said yes!
This month they travelled to London to relax from work and wedding planning (they are tying the knot this September! Eeeek!), and I was the lucky one to do their engagement shoot.
We met for two days straight by the end of the afternoon, since they had busy tourist agendas, and we talked about plans for the future, their big day (Mónica showed me her wedding dress and IT IS GORGEOUS!), and plus, we got to visit the city together.
I am forever thankful for all the amazing couples I get to take photos of. And I truly love these two.
