Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why do we need an engagement shoot?

A: Engagement photos are a lovely way to celebrate this moment in your life, and preserve the memories of your first steps on the path to getting married.

The photos can be shared with your family and friends, and used in announcements on social media or by post. Once you start planning the wedding they’re perfect for Save the Date cards, invitations, and anything wedding related.

These engagement photos are also the beginning of your family legacy. A treasure for generations to come.

Q: How long will it take for you to deliver our photos?

A: It normally takes one to two weeks to deliver your engagement photos. I make sure I give each of my couples my full attention; quality editing time to make everything perfect.

Q: How can I plan a surprise proposal?

A: The proposal is all about the two of you. We can plan it together, and tailor everything to your ideas. If what you envision doesn’t fit any of my London engagement photography packages, you can choose the Tailor-Made Package. Spoiler alert: I'll be the one hiding like the paparazzi!

Q: Are travel costs included in the London engagement photography package we choose?

A: Yes. If the location is inside greater London there will be no added costs. For further afield there may be additional travel costs.

Q: But we are so camera shy! What can we do?

A: This might be the question I am asked most of all. Don’t worry. Just relax and let me guide you through your photo shoot. I am an expert when it comes to making camera shy people feel right at home in front of the lens. I have always delivered, and am confident you will shine.

Q: What if there is bad weather on the day?

A: First of all, London weather is not as bad as they say. There are also lots of ways to work with rain, wind and snow that might make you wish for cloudy skies.

We keep in close touch in the days before to your engagement shoot. If the weather is really not our friend I am happy to postpone or delay your London engagement photos for a few hours.
